We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card is securely stored and only charged after service completion (excluding deposits for same-day or special appointments).

Residential Cleaning Questions

Laundry is available as an add-on. It includes washing, folding, sorting, and decluttering clothing or linens.
We recommend weekly or bi-weekly cleanings for most homes. One-time deep cleans and move-in/move-out services are also available.
Our contractors typically provide their own supplies. If you prefer specific products, you can request them to use yours.
Yes, as long as we have entry instructions or access (e.g., lockbox, code). We'll send a notification once the job is done.
We do not offer garage cleaning at this time. Our services focus on interior living spaces to ensure the best quality and attention to detail. If you have questions about what areas are included, feel free to ask!

Interior Auto Detailing Questions

We detail sedans, SUVs, trucks, and vans. If you have a specialty vehicle, contact us to confirm compatibility.
Yes. We use leather-safe products to clean and condition without damaging your upholstery.
We use professional-grade tools and products designed to target and reduce stubborn stains and smells. Severity may affect results.
Most services take 1–3 hours depending on the vehicle type and whether it's a standard or deep cleaning.

TV Mounting Services Questions

We mount TVs ranging from 32" to 100". Prices and durations vary based on size
Yes. We handle drywall, brick, and concrete walls. Please inform us in advance so our technician can bring the correct tools
Yes. Wire concealment is available as an add-on. Options vary by wall type and complexity. We offer both external channels and in-wall concealment when feasible.
We also mount soundbars, speakers, and streaming devices to complete your entertainment setup.

Policies and Process Questions

Yes, you can do so via your online dashboard or through the text reminders we send. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but your deposit may be applied if rescheduled.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
Yes. For safety and efficiency, please keep pets in a separate room or area during service.
